Added .gitignore

Added .gitignore file in root directory
Ignoring the program's default log files and the __pycache__ folder

Changed permissions for bash files

Changed permissions of install.sh and /src/start.sh so that the user can run without needing to perform a chmod +x

Refactored the code in bootloader.py

In get_actual_version():

Removed if block and used dictionary instead
Used .split for x_version rather than string splicing
Used fstring rather than string concatenation
