Design security for running agent code on the server

Current Ideas:

• The class that is present within the code must be the same as the name provided
• Investigate the java security manager to reduce the privileges of the Jar to the bare minimum
• Add a resource limit to the jar so that it cant DoS the server
• Add a timeout to the execution of the jar
• In the presence of illegal moves we need to understand who is causing them (not currently doable with the provided interface)
