Update Umbilical_Plate_Orbiter-v2.0_x1.stl for LDO Picobilical compatibility #7

Added recesses for thruhole parts of the LDO Picobilical Toolhead PCB 1.1. This will now work with either Timmit's original Umbilical PCB or LDO's Picobilical PCB.

Cool. I will most likely use this as a basis to make all the umbilical plates compatible with the picobilical in the future.
