Drawing tools don't work right on mobile. Before that can really be fixed, scrolling needs to be prevented while drawing.

[x] Mobile users don't scroll the page while touching the canvas
[x] Mobile users can draw more than one line segment

By some miracle, I found a css property that just fixed everything in one. Needs some more testing with ios, but works perfectly on both Desktop, Android w/ finger, and Android with pen

This seems to be clear, based on the 5/5 testing where iphone users seemed to be fine. Closing as complete
