Indicate when you're done with a stack

What I've done here is pushed the "next" and "show All" buttons to be a part of the review box instead of outside of it. When a stack is done, the buttons will no longer show up. This looks and feels fine to me, but I don't know if people are going to expect a more explicit indication that yes, there is nothing left to show.

I've re-laid out the tool icons and tried to make their use clearer. I have plans for more specific enhancments in that regard, but I'll move that out to its own issue

Also moving mobile drawing experience to its own issue. It's not really cut and dry, though there are some definite facts, like it needs to be landscape, and in the non-scrolling (#7) layout.
