• [x] Maybe put timer somewhere that isn't muddled by background?
• [x] Padding on button for text round & landscape wait screen
• [x] A few sizes are acceptable in breakpoints but make overlaps on canvas and controls
• [x] Numbers only on phone keyboard for id zones
• [x] Move back to top when moving to waiting screen?
• [x] Timer should be visible during phone size?
• [x] Way to collapse player picker during review

I made some adjustments to accommodate point 3 (A few sizes are acceptable in breakpoints but make overlaps on canvas and controls), but those deserve a bit more testing.
