Fix rejoin problems #43

Rejoin isn't working at the moment for some reason, it's sending back to home.

Also, consider how rejoin would work from the join link

Seems to be an issue I introduced when moving add/join/review to a webcomponent modal. I misremembered what rejoin numbers were supposed to be at the time. Should be fixed now
