Julia v1.0 fixes. #17

Some fixes for running Jags on v1.0. Passes all tests on v1.03 and v1.1.0rc1 on my system.

I commented out the pdf generation in the examples to avoid Cairo and Fontconfig dependency.

Great, thanks! I tried the new release on a different computer, and it complains about missing dependencies: Compat and Documenter. Can have a look at it tonight.

What exactly is the complaint?

On a different topic, I have been considering moving Jags.jl to a Github organization (JagsJulia, not yet created, similar to StanJulia. Would you be interested in becoming a member of such an org? That would give you all rights to merge etc. and some guarantee that in the future you can continue using/maintaining Jags.jl (I am not the youngest guy anymore :-).

Aaah, forgot to add those to REQUIRE. In the process to register v2.0.1. That should fix it I hope.

2.0.1 works fine on both 1.0.3 and 1.1.0rc1, thanks!

Creating an organization sounds like a good idea, would be happy to participate.
