The turnaround time for updates and fixes for this addon is quiet high. To get around this (and provide an open source solution), I have created another addon that does the same as PetTracker (it is called Battle Pet Completionist) - you might want to check it out.

Teh one thing pettracker does that BCP doesnt is during a pet battle if would show enemy pet icons right above the battle pet bar

I normally use PokemonTrainerNG for showing both teams, so to avoid duplication, I haven't added that to BPC. (the original PokemonTrainer was no longer being developed, so I created the NG version, which is a continuation of it)

I see - I'll see if it is something that's easy to implement. Unfortunately, I cannot look at how PetTracker does it, since the auther is pretty opposed to opensource (he used to claim his code was opensource, and then threatened everyone mirroring it with DMCA takedowns... - that's the reason I started BPC in the first place, since PetTracker is very slow to get updated, and forking it was not an option).

FYI the addon "Battle Pet Battle UI Tweaks" adds the info you're looking for.

My personal reason for preferring PetTracker is the custom Swap Pet UI during battles. I can't stand the default 3D character model UI that Blizzard uses and I haven't found another addon that replicates the way PetTracker does it.

Everyone! Pre-patch today! And me, like a good dev with years of experience, forgot there would be a pre-patch! 🤦‍♂️ Made my plans on having to update the addons by expansion date. I'm right now away on a work trip (been between work trips all month) and am without access to my work computer. I am between flights right now, but if I am able to catch a break and update the mods from my laptop, I will as soon as possible. I'll try to make that work. Worst case scenario I am back by the 11th and will update them then.

I'd like to apologize to everyone in advance for my lapse in judgement.

Poor timing and poor planning and also, life outside of wow. An update is coming.

FYI the addon "Battle Pet Battle UI Tweaks" adds the info you're looking for.
