work on table height vs page height try and make the scroll bar bigger on the table x and y axis

try again for the resizing of the radial bar graphs instead of stacking if possible and reconfig the sidebar links

There's still some final details that I need to correct here but I'm 95% done with this. I need to actually go to this website on my phone to really get it right.
