Lightsheet-Processing-Pipeline

This repository is based on an updated version of the code from the following paper: https://www.nature.com/articles/nprot.2015.111. Original code can also be found here: https://www.janelia.org/lab/keller-lab/software/efficient-processing-and-analysis-large-scale-light-sheet-microscopy-data.
