Statement:

As a user I can see how long ago a comment was made so that I know how old a comment is.

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Display the time elapsed since the comment was made.
[x] Ensure the time format is user-friendly (e.g., "2 hours ago").
[x] Update the time displayed in real-time.

Tasks:

[x] Implement a function to calculate the time elapsed.
[x] Display the time elapsed in the comments section.
[x] Style the time display for readability.
