Statement:

As a user, I want to send feedback or queries to the platform administrators so that I can report issues or suggest improvements.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] Users can access the feedback form from the main menu.
[x] Form submissions are stored in the database.
[x] Users receive a confirmation message upon submission.

Tasks:

[x] Add a feedback form to the frontend.
[x] Connect the form to the backend to store submissions.
[x] Test the form to ensure it works correctly.
