Sorry for my previous incompetence and lack of professionalism, latitude was changes with longtitude because of me looking at wrong file and that might have cause problems with other code.
On the other hand it is for me the final prove that there must be test(or tests) on that database in travis. Also there was other very important bug. The 2 missing cities caused the change in cooridnates so wrong cities has got wrong coordinates which i also fixed now. Sorry for that one too.
