The current HPSS Connector document mentions HPSS_API_REUSE_CONNECTIONS and how that may lead to port exhaustion. but there needs to be more details like (1) does this only occur when movers are configured with a limited port range (2) why does it happen with HPSS_API_REUSE_CONNECTIONS (seems counter intuitive).

I do not have enough information to improve the current documentation.
