In 7.5 they created hpss-cnlt-dev, and I wrote that into the docs as the required package for 7.5 systems. But I see that hpss-cnlt-dev does not include header files that the DSI needs for building. So I will be correcting the docs. All systems need hpss-lib-dev for building
