Deploy Strider Server (Travis like service) via Dockerfile #13

When you have a chance can you run docker pull strider/strider within the ubuntu VM and see if you get a 404?

Well, even with the 404 - it looks like it doesn't impact the loading of strider.

Status update - Can load strider via docker and hit internally on assigned vagrant vm ip.

Next Step - automate.
