Add a tournament option for "Qualifier Rounds" #30

  1. As a user or admin
  2. I want the choice to add a short, single-elimination bracket (or round-robin) to occur before the main tournament happens. The placements of the participants in this qualifier round will determine the seeds of each participant for the main tournament.
  3. So that I don't have to depend on a seed number alone for placements.
