Clarify if it works offline #326

The project's website, the Readme and the Flathub's description currently don't specify if this app is meant to work offline and without an auth key.

Expected behavior The documentation clearly state if this app can run offline and without any auth key.

I don't want my prompts and usage to help train models. I'm only interested in AI that can run locally without sending any data back to a 3rd party.

The app can run offline, it only has internet access to download models
