Feature: Accounts-cascade-deletion

Title: Enable deletion of accounts

User Story: As a worker at Purrgent Care, I want to be able to delete an account.

Technical details - backend:

• Create delete method in accounts controller which takes in the account id to be deleted
• API Design:
  • Delete request for /accounts/{id}
• Deletion of an account will cause issues due to FKs with Pets and Persons
• Create deletion method with cascade deletion methodology to delete all associate pets and people.

Technical details - frontend:

• Already enabled (see screenshot below)

Acceptance Criteria:

• Meet definition of done
• Demo of feature running locally
