Search for human aging epigenetic at Pubmed. See subtopic 6 - OTHER. KLOTHO - 2 papers, SIRTUIN - 15 papers, which is not reflected by sizes.

This is due to the TF-IDF computation. Each term should be specific for papers in group, not by the total number of mentions within group.
