Unsupported use cases for search during Paper Analysis

There are some issues that make the paper search very unreliable. If I try to look up Horvath's "DNA methylation age of human tissues and cell types" paper, I can do it using the following options:

• [x] Select "Title", enter "DNA methylation age of human tissues and cell types" - OK

• [x] Select "Title", enter "DNA methylation age of human tissues and cell types." (use case: I have copied the full title from old Pubmed website) - FAIL, due to the '.' in the end, caused by the removal of special characters in PubmedXMLParser.

• [x] Select "Title", enter "DNA Methylation Age of Human Tissues and Cell Types" (use case: I have copied the full title from new Pubmed website) - FAIL, case-sensitive search.

• [x] Select "DOI", enter "https://doi.org/10.1186/gb-2013-14-10-r115/" or "10.1186/gb-2013-14-10-r115" or "10.1186/gb-2013-14-10-r115/" - FAIL in all cases, no idea why

• [x] Select "ID", enter 24138928 - FAIL, and it's strange, because this PMID is successfully found when searching by title.

• [x] Use extra spaces at the end when searching
