DateTime -> Date in PubmedXMLParser #230

It's obvious that we don't need to store time, it's hard to remember why it was introduced though... This change will lead to complete DB reload, might be suitable for Pubmed 2021 update.

Switched date -> year for Pubmed database, bottleneck of collecting citations by year was successfully fixed. Implemented in https://github.com/JetBrains-Research/pubtrends/commit/4e8a750c57586257735fc279c91041eb75c578c7.
