This is the first project of EC601.
It is operated on Linux system.
TweepyAPI.py will help you get pictures from one's Tweeter and write them to a video.
GoogleVision.py is used to get the tags of the pictures we get by using Google Cloud Vision API.
GoogleVideo.py is used to get the tags of a video but still need improvement.
