Enquiry to add a new method PALM #236

Hi maintainers of OpenOOD.

Thanks for providing such a helpful benchmark. May I ask if it is possible to add one more method PALM, from paper "Learning with Mixture of Prototypes for Out-of-Distribution Detection" (https://openreview.net/forum?id=uNkKaD3MCs)? I'm the author of this paper.

Pretrained weights and experiment results will also be submitted to your fantastic leaderboard.
