To run ezsinglecell, follow the steps below:

a) Open R (preferably R >= 4.0)

b) Type the commands in your R console :

library(shiny)

runGist("https://gist.github.com/raman91/5171381ae540bc7f58f43f79af2c7d6d")

Please note: The stand-alone version only supports analysis of user's own data. For running example files, please use the web server at
