Sound! #178

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Play a GB/GBC game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting normal sound, but all the sounds for all GB/GBC games are
really bad/slow/low pitched

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Gamecube, DVD version

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

sorry, I'm not supporting the gamecube versions anymore. if people submit 
patches, I 
will accept them, but I won't be tracking down bugs.
