Turbo Speed Runs Slower Than Normal Speed #179

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Load Final Fantasy 6
2.Press right on right analog stick.
3.Game will be choppy and somewhat slower.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of running faster, the graphics get kind of choppy and seem to run 
slower than it was orginaly. VBA on the PC speeds this game up no problem.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

it is what it is, the Wii only has so much speed.
