Saves were erased after update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Updating VBA-wii

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output to have all my save games intact. When I recently 
updated (4/9/10) all of my save games were reset and now all lost due to 
the autosave feature.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

This was caused by the last update, which buggered up your saves. This update 
restores saving capability.
