Heavy Lags in GBA Games #251

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start any game (best example is a fast running game like Metroid, mario
Kart etc)
2. Play the game
3. You will see some extreme frame skipping and shuttering in Gameplay

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Like in the version 2.1.2. A fluent gameplay without jerkings.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
No. It's fluent.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.1.5. Wii. Official buld.

Please provide any additional information below.
It's also effecting some errors in the Music. So u can hear breaks and
noises in the sounds. Maybe this issue and the issue concerning the wrong
music timing in gb/gbc games are connected together.

I think u didn't changed the core since 2.1.2 (where the games runs
fluent). So the bug must be anywhere else.

i tried vba for the first time with the newest version and for example "Metroid
Zero
Mission" or "Magical Quest 2/3" really have a high frame skipping. sometimes it
gets
really unplayable.

I have similar issues playing Golden Sun 2 (although not the original).

This happens a lot to me when playing Boktai 3. It really happens when you get
blinded or poisoned.

I have doubts that this issue (and similar frame-skipping issues for that
matter)
will ever be resolved; unless someone can miraculously optimize the emulator.
