sound, but no picture #301

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.select whichever game you want to play
2.sound starts, but no picture
3.controls work, no audio distortion, but my tv acts as though theres no video 
input when i start it up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected: to play normally.
instead: black screen with game audio.
the controls work, also, but what good are working audio and controls if i cant 
see anything?

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781 -

If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
v1.0, wii(which is running menu v4.4(u), if that matters at all)

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
i think so.
(im extremely new, so im not really sure)

Please provide any additional information below.
i uninstalled it and reinstalled it at least 2 or 3 times now, but to no avail. 
im not sure if im doing something wrong, if my wii is eff'd up somehow, or if i 
need to dl it from the homebrew browser and try again.

No idea what's going on here for you. Perhaps try deleting settings.xml and see 
if it works on the defaults?
