Ability to remove " Auto" from save file names #322

For compatibility using the same set of ROMs and save files with other 
emulators (in particular, Lameboy for the DS), it would be nice to have the 
option to name automatic SRAM saves the same as the ROM (except for the 
extension), rather than always adding " Auto" to the filename. If " Auto" is 
added, other emulators won't find the save files.
I have been recompiling the emulator to change this behavior, but I'd rather 
not have to do this with each new release.

I attached a diff file that adds a menu option specifying whether " Auto" 
should be added to save files (set to "On" by default.) The diff is from April 
7 (I forgot to post it here until now), so the surrounding code might have 
changed a bit.
