Golden Sun 2 slowdown #45

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run golden sun 2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smooth gameplay like in Golden Sun.
Walking through maps is slow.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r778(http://mudlord.homebrewheaven.net/
downloads/vbam_installer.exe)? If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M 
forum.
The windows version plays just fine.

What version of the product are you using?
1.0.6
