(lootspawner:config) change lootspawner behaviour #55

remove the 'added-radius' just using the 'intown-radius' should be enough for the spawner, now it spawns abit too early

reduce the ammount of loot spawned (it respawns now, let players search for their loot)

increase respawn time from 30 -> 60 minutes

should be fixed with ae41485d6d08d453161ec4e4766a11dfbbbc2577 needs testing though

confirmed working, also 69 FPS in woord and 89fps inside buildings now :) were getting there! :D
