(playerspawn:random) add high chance to spawn outside towns? #57

should be fixed with ae41485d6d08d453161ec4e4766a11dfbbbc2577 needs testing though

confirmed working, also 69 FPS in woord and 89fps inside buildings now :) were getting there! :D
