Parent User Story: #63

GIVEN A Word entry

WHEN I successfully modify the value for etymological symbology.

THEN the "has_been_modified_since_last_resolve" flag is set to True

Examples:

[x] Successfully changing the field value sets the flag to be True.
[x] Unsuccessfully changing the field value leaves the flag at its previous value.

Tasks:

[x] Write Word Tests
[x] Write Lexicon Tests (Lexicon will have no changes but the flag will be visible from Lexicon and above)
[x] Implement changes to Word
[x] Word Tests Pass
[x] Lexicon Tests Pass
[x] Verify against Examples
