Parent User Story: #75

GIVEN I am on the Overview screen

WHEN When an item is modified

THEN The item is highlighted

Examples:

[x] When an item is not modified then there is no visual cue
[x] When an item has been modified then there is a visual cue
[x] When the ancestor of an item has been modified there is a different visual cue to if the item itself has been modified

Tasks:

[x] Add background functionality to items.
[x] Create background fill for an unchanged item
[x] Create background fill for a changed item
[x] Create background fill for an item whose ancestor was changed
[x] Tie background fills for each status to the view functionality
[x] Verify against Examples
[ ] Refactor
