Fixed iOS 7.1.x Crashes

These changes fix multiple crashes that occurred in iOS 7.1 (tested on an iPhone 4S running 7.1.2).

Added checks for _updateContentFrame and _refreshDayView methods before calling them
Commented out setStockSectionViewControllerForID method (unused)
