don't set custom color for footer text #71

The black footer that usually says "Proudly powered by Omeka" will be black-on-black if the user sets the body color to black. A solution would be to not apply the customizations to the footer text.

Just tested with white/black and black/white colorschemes, and can't find any problems. Closing.
