Manifests: An endpoint's owner is their Github name, not whatever they type into some form. #43

Part of the Endpoints milestone.

Once #42 is done, we will know that the person submitting the endpoint is an authenticated user. Instead of letting them submit the owner of the endpoint (here), we want to fill that in with their github username. Then all the content that a given user submits is scoped to them specifically.
