Performance regressions after the recent rebase

After the most recent rebase, I've noticed some performance regressions, ranging between 10 and 20%, depending on the game and the scene.

Software information

I've tested NFS: Most Wanted 2005, GTA IV and replaying the apitrace from #303 so far.

System information

• GPU: RX 580 4GB
• Driver: RADV ACO
• Wine version: 4.20 TkG
• D9VK version: 4f0edd2
