2024.1.19先开了一个子站：Jouleverse知识库 https://how.jouleverse.com

也许现在是时候开一个新WP: 网站建设 了？网站建设的第一个模块：知识库

问题是，知识库/网站的内容贡献，激励来源是这个 WP，还是内容所属的其他WP（项目）？本质问题是，究竟哪个WP的WP owner（“项目经理”）对此事负责的问题。

没有约束机制的激励机制肯定会是一个灾难。
