Add Unique Email validation for new YPP sign ups #276

At present YPP Backend does not have the validation for email to be unique per channel and it is possible to register multiple channels with the same email. That leads to a risk of fraction of the channels missing payments for their second channels. And such cases need to be handled manually.

Will be outdated in context of migrating out of hubspot for rewards calculation.
