Context

Duplicate entries detected on Hubspot where suspended channel was not updated for rewards, but a referrer added instead

Scope

[ ] Target state: if channel exists on hubspot, update referral rewards for the existing entry as opposed to creating a new one. Joystream channel ID should be unique in Hubspot.|

⚠️ both have the same creation timestamp (20 oct)
