Issue with syncing premiere YouTube video

I still see some issues:

• video with id 407, https://atlas-git-ypp-joystream.vercel.app/video/407 - this video was posted in youtube with instant premiere. Everything looks right in the QN and in the atlas, but in the ypp backend I see state:"UploadFailed"
• video with id 408, was also posted with instant premiere. In this case, the state is "UploadFailed" and the video is not available in atlas - thumbnailPhoto.isAccepted and media.isAccepted are false
• video with id 409, same as above

To reproduce this.

1. Go to your youtube channel.
2. Upload a video
3. In the last step(visibility) of youtube form, select set as instant premiere
