Context

A YouTube video with english subtitles got carried over to Joystream with no subtitles.

Scope

[ ] Support subtitles for auto-sync service

Mapping of the fields in the meta-data need to be checked, but looks doable. Subtitles need to be downloaded separately.

Check if thats a separate stream or associated with metadata. If subtitles language is not supported we do not import subtitles. In case of multiple languages for subtitles, only do english for the time being.

Tested it. Is doable. However, X quota points will be used for syncing subtitles of X videos. Meaning if this feat. is omitted, then the X quota points are preserved, and the state of X more videos will be fetched/updated periodically, and hence more videos will be synced.

Based on the notion that current Quota is 10k per day let's go with including subtitles to the release.
