We need following rules for notifications:

If personal message in comments github, notify user in public channel with personal tag
If PR - notification in reviewme channel

Merge PR if 2 major likes

@vkuchyn do we actually need "If personal message in comments github, notify user in public channel with personal tag"? We have #github chanell in Slack for that.

@romach it would be great - there are lots of noise and mess. But this feature is not high priority. You can create puzzle for future, not to waste much time on it
