add activation link with OTP and host to utils/mailBuilder/UserOtpMail.xsl it should take host and port from local.properties and send it to registered user. test for this issue: org.itevents.util.mail.MailBuilderUtilTest#shouldReturnMailWithActivationLink

Currently it's sending empty email
