Вообще, нет. Но я думаю, что он изначально должен был быть публичным. Ведь нам может понадобиться переводить дату в текст в других местах приложения.

Consolidate this branch with issue47-3 and implement full feature.

Don't forget to use regexp or simple strings processing (subString etc.) in EventDateReplacementDataSetLoader.
