Adding IPython extensions request #153

Requesting some IPython extensions: https://github.com/ipython-contrib/IPython-notebook-extensions

This would really make JuliaBox much more convenient and useful for research purposes!

Which ones would you like added? There are many, and I suspect not all are stable and we'll maintained.

One approach could be to allow users to add extensions on to their own profiles and JuliaBox can back them up (.python/nbextensions folder) and restore on next login.

Currently the .ipython folder is not backed up, but we could change that.

For now, the slidemode and publishing extensions would be a good start.
